Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage patient registration, including verifying personal and insurance information.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, managing the clinic's appointment calendar efficiently.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, redirecting them as necessary and taking messages accurately.
  • Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Process payments for services, including co-pays and outstanding balances.
  • Assist patients with inquiries, provide clear information about services, and direct them to appropriate resources.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Liaise with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
