Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Carry, hold, and retrieve tools, equipment, and materials as directed by the lead technician.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing tools, and ensuring materials are readily available.
- Perform basic tasks such as measuring, cutting, and pulling wire, and assisting with conduit bending under direct supervision.
- Support in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance electrical knowledge and skills.
- Communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions diligently.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).
- Strong willingness and eagerness to learn the electrical trade.
