Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including welcoming visitors and directing inquiries.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supply inventory, placing orders and ensuring availability.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and packages.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized physical and digital records.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
