Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of estate facilities to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
- Perform skilled maintenance and repairs on electrical systems (lighting, outlets, basic wiring), plumbing systems (faucets, toilets, pipes), and HVAC systems (basic troubleshooting, filter changes).
- Execute carpentry, painting, plastering, and general handyman tasks to maintain property aesthetics and structural integrity.
- Respond promptly to tenant/resident maintenance requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Oversee and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs and projects, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules.
- Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts, ensuring availability for maintenance tasks.
- Implement and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for all estate assets.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and expenditures.
- Assist in the preparation of facilities for events, move-ins, and move-outs.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Strong carpentry and general building maintenance skills.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting facility issues.
