Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Pick Pack Associate to join our client’s thriving team within the dynamic Adlershof Science Park in Berlin. This full-time, on-site role is crucial to maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations, ensuring that goods are meticulously picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch. You will play a vital part in the supply chain, handling a diverse range of products and contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and retrieve products from designated warehouse locations using RF scanners or other inventory management tools.
- Efficiently pack items into appropriate containers, ensuring proper protection and adherence to client-specific packaging standards.
- Verify product quantities and quality against order forms, reporting any discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling, weighing, and staging packages for collection.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and other general warehouse duties as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, particularly in picking and packing operations.
- Ability to read and understand order sheets and product labels accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move packages up to 20kg repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Basic computer literacy for using inventory management systems and scanners.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift certification or experience operating other heavy warehouse machinery.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Prior experience working in a high-volume distribution center.
- German language skills (B1 level or higher) are a plus.
