Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Housekeeping Supervisors in overseeing daily operations and managing a team of housekeepers to ensure efficiency and high standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Participate in the training and onboarding of new housekeeping staff, demonstrating proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, promoting a safe working environment for the team.
  • Learn and assist with staff scheduling, task assignments, and performance monitoring to optimize productivity.
  • Support the maintenance department by identifying and reporting any repair or maintenance needs in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment through clear communication, respectful interaction, and proactive problem-solving.
