Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently move, stack, and organize palletized goods within the warehouse using manual and powered equipment (pallet jacks, etc.) after proper training.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring products are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests and packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding product movement and any potential issues.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to support overall operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent reliability and punctuality.
- Basic communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking English).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
