Career.zycto is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Resort Guest Services Agent with a flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures, and process payments accurately.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding resort facilities, services, local attractions, and dining recommendations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for immediate resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist guests with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and special requests to enhance their overall experience.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of resort occupancy, room availability, and special events.
  • Operate front desk systems and equipment, including property management systems (PMS), telephone switchboard, and credit card machines.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere, engaging with guests to build rapport and ensure their comfort.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related public-facing role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Demonstrated empathy and a genuine desire to assist others.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hotel or resort front desk role.
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS), such as Opera or аналогичные.
