Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Process payments using a point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and card transactions precisely.
- Prepare and assemble simple food items like beverages, desserts, or sides as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area, dining room, and kitchen front.
- Restock supplies, condiments, and utensils as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations during peak hours.
