Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals and future workforce needs.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative and impactful training programs, including leadership development, technical skills, and compliance training.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement across all levels of the organization.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs using relevant metrics and feedback mechanisms, continually refining initiatives for optimal impact.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and external vendor relationships to ensure high-quality and cost-effective solutions.
- Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
