Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of project production from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop, monitor, and update production schedules, timelines, and budgets, proactively identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
- Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between internal teams (creative, technical, marketing) and external vendors/partners.
- Oversee resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain detailed documentation of production processes, decisions, and progress reports for stakeholders.
