Job Description
Triangle Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Client Services to lead our customer engagement and satisfaction initiatives in Chiredzi, Masvingo Province. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of our client relationship management, ensuring that our clients, including distributors, industrial partners, and commercial consumers, receive unparalleled service and support. The Head of Client Services will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that enhance client loyalty, drive retention, and expand our market presence. You will be responsible for understanding market needs, translating client feedback into actionable insights for product and service improvement, and maintaining robust communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive client service strategies aligned with company objectives and market dynamics.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the client services team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, acting as a primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
- Oversee the entire client journey, from onboarding to ongoing support, ensuring consistent high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT) and implement initiatives to address areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and support client acquisition efforts.
- Work closely with logistics and production teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery and resolution of service issues.
- Manage client feedback processes, transforming insights into actionable recommendations for product, service, and process enhancements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client service performance, trends, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal company policies related to client interactions.
