Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining patient dignity.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and feeding, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Monitor and accurately record vital signs, escalating any significant changes to senior nursing staff.
