Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and candidates, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them appropriately.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception area, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff, managing conference room bookings.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with basic office management tasks, such as ordering office supplies and liaising with vendors.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support the team.
Required Skills
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
