Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's overall business goals and talent objectives.
- Design, implement, and manage a wide range of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, compliance training, and professional development courses.
- Lead the assessment of organizational and individual learning needs through surveys, performance data analysis, and close collaboration with department leaders.
- Identify, select, and manage relationships with external training providers and e-learning platforms to supplement internal capabilities.
- Champion the adoption of innovative learning technologies and methodologies, including blended learning, micro-learning, gamification, and virtual reality.
- Establish clear metrics and evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness and ROI of L&D initiatives, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
- Mentor and develop a small team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the department.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve strategic learning outcomes.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or directorial capacity.
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and evaluating successful, large-scale L&D programs in a corporate environment.
- Deep expertise in adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and various training methodologies.
- Strong understanding of modern HR practices and talent management strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive organizational change.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
