Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change bed linen, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies (e.g., toiletries, towels).
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Empty waste bins, transport soiled linen, and arrange for disposal of rubbish.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards immediately.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Hotel Housekeeper or similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical condition and stamina for performing duties.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
