As a Sales Executive focusing on B2B, Field & Retail Operations, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from meticulous prospecting and innovative lead generation to adeptly closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships. Your day will involve both in-office strategic planning and significant time in the field, meeting potential and existing clients across diverse industries, conducting compelling product demonstrations, and engaging proactively with retail partners to ensure optimal product placement, visibility, and promotional execution. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients through a combination of cold calling, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Conduct regular field visits to client sites and retail partner locations to present products/services and ensure optimal brand presence.
