OK Zimbabwe Limited is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Product Photographer to join our dynamic marketing team in Karoi. Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume product photography for e-commerce, marketing campaigns, and in-store promotional materials.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and branding teams to conceptualize and produce visually appealing imagery that aligns with OK Zimbabwe's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Set up and manage professional lighting, backdrops, and props to create compelling product shots that highlight features and benefits.
- Perform extensive post-production editing, including color correction, retouching, cropping, and resizing, using industry-standard software.
- Ensure consistent image quality, accuracy, and adherence to specific technical requirements for various platforms.
- Manage and organize a digital asset library, ensuring all images are properly cataloged, archived, and easily retrievable.
- Maintain all photography equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition and reporting any maintenance needs.
- Stay updated with the latest photography trends, techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve visual content.
- Contribute creative ideas for visual storytelling and campaign development.
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines, managing priorities to meet project schedules.
Required Skills
- Proven proficiency with professional DSLR/Mirrorless camera systems and studio lighting equipment.
- Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for image editing and retouching.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional product photography skills, with an emphasis on retail or e-commerce.
- Outstanding eye for detail, composition, color, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of current photography trends and best practices for digital platforms.
- Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all assets.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Diploma or Degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related creative field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience specifically in product photography, preferably within a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Experience with videography and video editing for short product clips or social media content.
- Familiarity with various product styling techniques for food, fashion, or household items.
