Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently restock all bar items, including spirits, beer, wine, ice, garnishes, and glassware, to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Assist bartenders with drink preparation and delivery during peak hours, ensuring timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning spills.
- Empty trash receptacles regularly and assist with dishwashing as needed.
- Prepare fruit garnishes, syrups, and other mixers as instructed by bartenders or management.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and organizing storage areas.
- Communicate effectively with bartenders and management regarding stock levels and potential issues.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations.
- Ensure the bar is fully set up before opening and properly closed down at the end of each shift.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and boxes (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Team-player attitude and willingness to assist colleagues.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
