Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission electronic security systems (CCTV, intruder alarms, access control) at client premises.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and system health checks to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective and lasting repair solutions.
- Provide clear, concise technical support and training to clients on system operation and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of all service activities, installations, and repairs conducted.
- Manage and maintain inventory of parts, tools, and equipment in a company service vehicle.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, as well as industry standards.
- Liaise effectively with the central technical support team and operations managers.
Required Skills
- Proven technical aptitude in electronics or electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule effectively.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for installation and repair.
- Customer service-oriented approach with a focus on client satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certification or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience (2+ years) in a field service or technical support role, specifically with security systems.
- Familiarity with various security system brands and technologies (e.g., Hikvision, Paradox, Suprema).
- Basic IT networking knowledge for IP-based security systems.
