Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage and process all online reservation requests for various services and resources.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with clients via email, phone, and online chat regarding booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Maintain and update reservation systems, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and real-time availability.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving booking-related issues, and offering solutions proactively.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate schedules, confirm availability, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Generate regular reports on reservation trends, booking volumes, and operational efficiency to inform decision-making.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of reservation processes and customer service protocols.
  • Handle payment processing for reservations and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Required Skills
