Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution where possible.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or senior staff when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet individual and team performance metrics.
  • Adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German (C1/C2) and English (B2/C1).
  • Strong active listening and comprehension abilities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High level of empathy, patience, and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to quickly learn new software.
