Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods from trucks and containers, ensuring items are handled safely and efficiently.
- Sort, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse according to established procedures.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling products accurately.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against invoices or manifests for accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment as needed and after receiving proper training.
- Report any damages, discrepancies, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as directed.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25kg, standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read labels and count items.
