Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Career.zycto's products and services.
- Identify and qualify sales leads, understanding client needs and pain points.
- Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all telemarketing activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments set.
- Effectively communicate value propositions and address initial client queries or objections.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all communications.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a customer-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
