Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified guidelines and quality standards.
- Process incoming shipments, verify contents against packing lists, and assist with inventory placement.
- Prepare packages for shipping, including labeling, weighing, and organizing for dispatch.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the fulfillment center.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or low stock to supervisors.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely after proper training.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily order fulfillment targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and stock reconciliation efforts.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
