Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of food items according to recipes and daily menus, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene.
- Serve meals and beverages to staff and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, and all food service equipment, adhering strictly to food safety standards.
- Wash and properly store dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as blenders, ovens, and dishwashers safely and efficiently.
- Monitor food temperatures and ensure proper storage to prevent spoilage and waste.
- Support the Head Chef or Food Service Manager with daily tasks as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and special requests politely and efficiently.
- Handle cash or card payments, if applicable, and ensure accurate transactions.
