Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport company personnel, executives, and materials to designated locations.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, road signs, and company driving policies and procedures.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent working condition, performing daily checks on oil, water, fuel, tires, lights, and brakes.
- Ensure the vehicle is always clean and presentable, both interior and exterior.
- Plan optimal routes to ensure timely arrivals, accounting for traffic and road conditions.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Handle all passengers and materials with utmost care, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or incidents promptly to management.
- Assist with loading and unloading items as required.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid Nigerian Driver's License (Class E or G)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience
- Excellent knowledge of Lagos road networks, especially Ikorodu and its surrounding areas
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations and defensive driving techniques
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and troubleshooting
