Key Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing machinery and three-compartment sinks efficiently and safely.
- Ensure all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored.
- Assist with the unloading and stocking of deliveries, ensuring proper rotation of supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and work surfaces.
