Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and comprehensive information.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and empathetically, escalating complex problems to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using our CRM system.
  • Guide clients through the use of Career.zycto's services and platforms, offering clear instructions and troubleshooting support.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay it to internal teams to contribute to continuous service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., HR, Sales, IT) to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
  • Stay updated on Career.zycto’s services, policies, and procedures to provide informed support.
  • Adhere to company standards and guidelines for customer service excellence and data privacy.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
