Career.zycto is actively seeking an enthusiastic and meticulous Entry-Level Software QA Assurance Operator to join our growing team in Nepean, Ottawa. Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases to identify software defects and inconsistencies.
- Document, track, and retest defects using our defect tracking system.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand product features and technical requirements.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide clear and concise feedback on software quality to project teams.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process.
- Learn and apply new testing techniques and tools as required.
- Ensure adherence to established QA standards and procedures.
Required Skills
