Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media content calendars across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Create engaging text, image, and video content that aligns with Career.zycto's brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, news, and competitor activity.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media data and metrics to identify key trends, measure campaign performance, and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to align social media strategies with overall business goals.
- Assist in the creation and execution of paid social media campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers or community leaders to amplify our reach.
- Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role (18+ months).
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok etc.).
- Hands-on experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
