Career.zycto is on the lookout for a talented and driven Online Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic e-commerce team in Hillview, Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in curating and optimizing our digital product displays to maximize visibility, engagement, and sales conversions. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage online merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion rates.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle on our e-commerce platform, from content creation (product descriptions, images, videos) to categorization and inventory updates.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in online merchandising.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor product performance, website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels, generating actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events through effective merchandising.
  • Perform A/B testing on product placements, content, and promotional banners to optimize user experience and sales performance.
  • Ensure all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent across all digital touchpoints.
  • Work closely with inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and communicate product availability effectively online.
  • Identify and resolve any issues related to product display, functionality, or content on the e-commerce platform.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in online merchandising, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated understanding of SEO principles for product listings.
