Working during the day shift, you will primarily focus on servicing occupied guest rooms and preparing vacant rooms for arriving guests, ensuring every space is not just clean, but truly welcoming and comfortable. This includes making beds, refreshing linens, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms, and replenishing amenities with precision and care. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards and procedures.
- Change bed linen, make beds, and replenish amenities following established guidelines.
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, clean mirrors, and sanitize all surfaces thoroughly.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and floors.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items in rooms and public areas.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets and housekeeping carts.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in back-of-house areas as needed.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
