Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and effective inventory management systems.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment and comply with all regulatory standards.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency, space utilization, and workflow.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory, generate reports, and analyze operational data.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, sales, customer service) to ensure seamless logistics coordination.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, identifying areas for development.
- Address and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and cost reductions.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within logistics.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping procedures.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Valid forklift operator license.
