Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned rooms and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Change linen, make beds, and replenish amenities according to established procedures.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards immediately.
- Manage supplies efficiently, ensuring trolleys are stocked and organized.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Respond courteously and efficiently to guest requests and inquiries, maintaining professionalism at all times.
