Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and tidy all assigned rooms and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
  • Change linen, make beds, and replenish amenities according to established procedures.
  • Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards immediately.
  • Manage supplies efficiently, ensuring trolleys are stocked and organized.
  • Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Respond courteously and efficiently to guest requests and inquiries, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Contribute to a positive and cooperative working environment with colleagues.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a room attendant or similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, and push.
