Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s strategic objectives and talent needs.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules across all levels of the organization.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities for employees and leadership.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all L&D programs through robust metrics and reporting, continuously optimizing for impact and engagement.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and high-quality program delivery.
- Implement and oversee learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies to enhance accessibility and efficiency.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
- Mentor and develop a small team of L&D specialists (if applicable), fostering their professional growth and expertise.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, and talent development trends to ensure Career.zycto remains at the forefront of learning innovation.
- Collaborate closely with HR business partners and departmental leaders to integrate L&D initiatives into broader talent management strategies.
