Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical liaison between engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content for various audiences.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and FAQs.
  • Create and deliver technical training materials and sessions for internal teams and external partners.
  • Support product launches by developing sales enablement tools, product sheets, and technical presentations.
  • Provide technical support and expertise during pre-sales and post-sales phases, including demos and troubleshooting.
  • Gather and analyze technical feedback from customers and internal teams to inform product improvements.
  • Collaborate with product management on roadmap planning, ensuring technical feasibility and market alignment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to competitive analysis from a technical perspective.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in a technical product specialist, product support, solutions engineer, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical architectures.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation, presentations, and training materials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Asana).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
