Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical liaison between engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content for various audiences.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and FAQs.
- Create and deliver technical training materials and sessions for internal teams and external partners.
- Support product launches by developing sales enablement tools, product sheets, and technical presentations.
- Provide technical support and expertise during pre-sales and post-sales phases, including demos and troubleshooting.
- Gather and analyze technical feedback from customers and internal teams to inform product improvements.
- Collaborate with product management on roadmap planning, ensuring technical feasibility and market alignment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (4+ years) in a technical product specialist, product support, solutions engineer, or similar role.
