Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive customer insight reports and interactive dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Analyze large datasets to identify key trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer behavior, preferences, and engagement.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for internal teams and external clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of customer-centric initiatives and campaigns, providing regular performance updates.
  • Develop and refine data models, queries, and segmentation strategies to enhance reporting accuracy and depth.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across all reporting initiatives.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Stay current with industry best practices in data analytics, customer insights, and reporting technologies.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a data analysis, reporting, or customer insights role.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex data to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle, segmentation, and key marketing metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
