Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and event planners to understand event themes, requirements, and budget.
- Develop creative decor concepts, mood boards, and proposals that align with client vision.
- Source and select appropriate decorative materials, props, lighting, and floral elements.
- Execute on-site setup and installation of all decor elements according to design plans.
- Manage inventory of decorative items, ensuring proper care, maintenance, and storage.
- Oversee the dismantling and teardown of decor post-event, ensuring efficient and safe removal.
- Maintain high standards of quality and aesthetics for all decorative installations.
- Assist with client consultations and site visits as needed.
- Adhere to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site decor challenges efficiently.
