Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and rate the relevance, accuracy, and quality of online search results, web pages, and other digital content according to established guidelines.
- Analyze user queries and determine the intent behind them to provide accurate and helpful evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback and detailed justifications for ratings to help improve search algorithms and online products.
- Stay updated with evolving guidelines and project requirements to ensure consistent and high-quality work.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding project details and proprietary information.
- Manage workload effectively to meet daily and weekly targets while adhering to flexible scheduling.
- Identify and report any inconsistencies or ambiguities in guidelines to the project team.
Required Skills
