Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities against purchase orders and reporting discrepancies.
- Accurately store products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation and accessibility.
- Pick and pack orders for dispatch to retail stores, adhering to strict quality and accuracy standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliations as required.
- Load outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and secure loading.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.

- Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items regularly.
