Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on all estate facilities, including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general structural elements.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and occupants, diagnosing issues and implementing effective repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential maintenance issues before they escalate.
- Troubleshoot and repair faults in electrical wiring, appliances, lighting, and power distribution systems.
- Address plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and fixture repairs.
- Carry out minor carpentry, painting, and masonry work as required.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage and organize inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and occupants, ensuring their satisfaction with maintenance services.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a facility technician or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in general maintenance tasks (carpentry, painting, minor repairs).
