Job Description

Are you a visionary UX/UI Designer with a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences? Career.zycto is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our growing product team in Belfast. We’re on a mission to revolutionize the recruitment and career development landscape through intuitive and powerful web and mobile applications. This is an incredible opportunity to shape the user experience of our core products, from initial concept to final implementation, impacting thousands of users daily.

As our UX/UI Designer, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility. You will lead the design process for new features and enhancements across our app and website platforms, ensuring a consistent, delightful, and highly functional user journey. This role demands a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, transforming complex problems into elegant and intuitive solutions. You’ll be responsible for conducting user research, crafting wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and then working alongside our engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution. We value a designer who is proactive, articulate, and can advocate for the user while balancing business goals. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are eager to leave your mark on products that genuinely help people advance their careers, we want to hear from you. Bring your portfolio and show us how you’ve made a difference through design. We offer a stimulating environment where continuous learning and professional growth are highly encouraged, alongside the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and a passionate team.
