Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating daily logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing.
- Prepare and process essential logistics documentation such as waybills, invoices, and shipping labels accurately and promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile any discrepancies to maintain optimal stock.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any arising issues.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders on delivery status and potential delays.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all logistics activities and generate comprehensive reports as required by management.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies in all logistics processes.
