Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships through regular virtual check-ins and strategic business reviews.
  • Proactively monitor client health, identify at-risk accounts, and develop intervention strategies to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Onboard new clients remotely, ensuring smooth implementation and successful adoption of our platform through virtual training and resource sharing.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback, pain points, and feature requests, communicating these insights effectively to product and development teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve client issues, drive product improvements, and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Develop and deliver virtual presentations, webinars, and training materials to educate clients on new features and best practices.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, partnering with the sales team to drive growth.
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of customer success playbooks and processes optimized for a remote collaboration environment.
  • Utilize CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight) to log activities, track progress, and manage client data accurately.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust remotely.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
  • High degree of empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
