Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and update document control registers and databases.
  • Scan, index, and archive documents to ensure easy retrieval and proper storage.
  • Distribute controlled documents to relevant team members and departments, ensuring proper version control.
  • Assist in responding to document retrieval requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the preparation of documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
