Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering inquiries, and resolving routine issues.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer, adhering strictly to company policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to refer customers to appropriate banking products and services based on their needs.
  • Adhere to all regulatory compliance guidelines, including AML, KYC, and data privacy regulations.

  • Assist with branch opening and closing procedures, ensuring security and operational readiness.
