Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior HVAC technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
- Perform routine cleaning and inspection of HVAC units, filters, and components.
- Conduct basic diagnostic checks under supervision to identify common issues.
- Help prepare work areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment serviced.
- Learn and apply industry best practices and safety guidelines in all tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional conduct at all times.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 25 kg).

Preferred Qualifications
