Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts, building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships remotely.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure maximum value from our services.
  • Conduct virtual onboarding sessions and product training to facilitate customer adoption and success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Tech Support) to address customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Monitor customer health, identify at-risk accounts, and implement retention strategies.
  • Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and remote engagement strategies.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a client-facing role, preferably in a remote setting.
