Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product development workflows and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing scalable solutions.
- Administer and maintain product operations tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, product analytics platforms) to ensure data integrity and efficient usage.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration between Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams.
- Support product launch activities, including documentation, training material preparation, and coordination of go-to-market efforts.
- Collect, analyze, and report on product performance metrics, operational efficiency, and user feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, playbooks, and knowledge bases to ensure consistency and accessibility.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new product team members on processes and tools.
- Act as a point of contact for operational inquiries related to product lifecycle management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a Product Operations, Project Management, or similar coordination role within a technology company.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to improve processes and product delivery.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for our international team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
